My order is for a short-term occasion. Will the jewelry arrive on time?

Our delivery time is two to four business days, but if you need your jewelry sooner, please specify this in the comments. We will try our best to accommodate your request. If you have any questions, please send us an email.

Can colors vary?

We have tried to keep the colors of the gemstones and minerals as natural as possible. They may vary slightly depending on the computer screen.

I would like to have an order delivered to a different address. Is that possible?

During the ordering process, it is possible to enter a delivery address that differs from the billing address. The order will then be sent to the delivery address.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by you.

I saw an offer in a magazine or on a website, how does that work?

If you have seen one of our promotions in a magazine, in most cases you can fill out and send in the form accompanying the advertisement. If you have seen a promotion on a website, the explanation of the promotion is usually there and you will be linked to our webshop.

I would like to place a large order, do you have everything in stock?

For large orders, please contact us. We will immediately check if the desired jewelry is in stock, and we can also discuss the delivery conditions. In principle, we have our entire collection in stock.

I have a question that isn't listed here, how can I reach you?

If you have a question about your order, it's best to send an email. Don't forget to include the order number in your email if it's about an order.

I have a complaint. What should I do?

It is, of course, unpleasant if you have a complaint about the jewelry you received or the service you experienced. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to submit your complaint to us via email.

We will review the complaint and try to find a solution to everyone's satisfaction.

After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt; if it requires more time, we will inform you.

Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Disputes Committee Thuiswinkel, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint via the European ODR Platform.

My order is incomplete or incorrect, what should I do?

You can send an email stating your order number and your complaint. Incorrectly delivered products can be returned free of charge. For clarity, please include a note with your name, order number, and complaint.

Warranty

All items you purchase from us are covered by the statutory warranty. Statutory warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
