It can always happen that something doesn't go entirely as planned. Of course, we find that very unfortunate. We ask you to first notify us of your complaint via email. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur.

As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission.

If your complaint has not yet been handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.
