Hunting for Gems in Tucson Arizona
Every year, from late January to mid-February, there's a huge gem show in Tucson, Arizona. During this period, Tucson is taken over by dealers, buyers, and enthusiasts of gemstones and minerals from all over the world. Rough, cut, and beads, you can't imagine how many different shows there are, let alone how many different gemstones and minerals are for sale. I dare say it's one of the biggest shows in America, if not the world. The choice is endless.
Passion in Tucson
The best part of the Tucson gem show is that the vast majority of visitors share a passion for gemstones and minerals. Of course, there are always exceptions who only come to trade, which is fine, but that can be done with anything, it doesn't have to be specifically with gemstones. Fortunately, there are plenty of enthusiasts you can chat with. Visitors and traders come to Tucson from all over the world.
Kiliaan Jewelry in Tucson
In the weeks leading up to our business trip, Miranda and I are busy compiling a wish list of gemstones and minerals that we definitely want to buy. Fashion websites and magazines, the latest trends, we've scrutinized everything to start our shopping trip inspired. In addition, there was also room for new material, we would let ourselves be surprised. Five days of gathering inspiration and buying everything we need, that was our goal.
And then you finally arrive in Tucson, you feel the passion, the energy, you hear all sorts of different languages. It's wonderful again. On the first day, we immediately strike gold. We try to restrain ourselves, but of course, we can't; we see so many beautiful things, we want to buy everything.
On our trip, we searched for gemstones and minerals from which we can create special, perhaps unexpected, and unique combinations. We searched for and found the gems of the Tucson shows. Curious about our jewelry? You can find them in our webshop. All jewelry pieces are unique.
Have fun choosing your Kiliaan Jewelry piece.
